Jennifer Griffin

Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA and has been working in the area since 2001. She also has 4 years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy. Jennifer has competed as a top age‐group triathlete, ultramarathon runner and is a three-time Ironman finisher. With her experience as an athlete and knowledge of body mechanics, Jennifer can design a safe and effective program to help you reach your fitness goals.

Monique Story

Monique is a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and recent graduate from nutrition school. She is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor and is committed to expanding her knowledge through continuing education and workshops. She is passionate about helping you improve your health through fitness & nutrition. Regardless of your age or ability, Monique can create a well-rounded fitness program by combining strength, core, cardio, flexibility training, with her fun and energetic style. She has enjoyed working with our members since 2002. Recently certified as an Active Aging Movement Coach to be the best of service for the growing 50+ population. Also, offers Pre & Post Natal workouts.
