Brandy Falcon has been teaching traditional Yoga to students on the Peninsula for over 17 years. She emphasizes mindfulness and therapeutic movement in each class, sharing wisdom not only from Yoga philosophy but also her experience with Biology and Chinese Medicine. Through Yoga, she hopes students gain a deeper appreciation for their bodies, hearts, and minds to lead lives that are truly meaningful.
