Christine Wells, MS
Christine Wells, MS, enjoys teaching balance & fitness classes. She is a neuroscience researcher with scientific publications in Nature Medicine, Neural Engineering, and Neurophysiology.
The Control Your Balance curriculum is based on Christine’s neuroscience background, 20+ years of dance training, her fitness career and teaching experience, along with her master of science in Kinesiology – Exercise Physiology.
