Experience the many benefits of yoga in a slower paced class that allows students to build a strong foundation of understanding. This 2 hour workshop is perfect for those who have never done yoga before or for current students who want to revisit the basics of yoga.

Join us to learn brief yoga philosophy, foundational yoga postures with proper alignment, yogic breathing, and relaxation techniques.

You’ll develop more strength & suppleness, and will gain the confidence to join our regular group classes! (Please bring your own yoga mat, if you have one.)

Meet the Instructor

Brandy Falcon
Instructor Bio: Brandy Falcon has been practicing yoga and teaching students on the Peninsula for over 20 years. Her classes emphasize mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and wisdom from Yoga philosophy and her background as a Licensed Acupuncturist. Through yoga, she hopes students gain a deeper appreciation for their bodies, hearts, and minds to lead lives that are truly meaningful.
