Description: A fusion of Latin and International Dance themes featuring aerobic/fitness interval training to sculpt and tone.

Strength Training w/ Instructor Debby | Time: 8:30am (45 minutes)

Description:  Join us for a results-driven strength training workout utilizing body weight, core stability, and barbells, dumbbells or other weighted options from home.

“TABATA TUESDAY” Bootcamp w/ Instructor Meredith | Time: 9:45am (50 minutes)

Description: This HIIT class combines cardio, strength and core moves for maximum calorie burn via interval training.  We will complete 4 Tabatas focusing on body weight resistance strength training moves, coupled by some fun cardio “fat burning” sets.

Equipment Recommended but not required: Mat, small towel, water, dumbbells, good attitude and ready to get sweaty!

Description: Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony, leading to better balance and stability.

Description: Fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of foundational yoga postures, practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

“Super Set Saturday” Circuit w/Instructor Dawn | Time: 8:30am  (50 minutes)

Description: This is an interval training, HIIT class that combines 1 minute cardio, strength and core moves for maximum calorie. 6 minute circuits incorporating different muscle groups in a superset/overload coupled by cardio.

Family Cooking w/ Martine | 11:00am (40 minutes) - Children welcome and encouraged to join!

Let’s make the most of this shelter in place.  Gather your apron, children, and our short list of ingredients (most of which you will likely have on hand), and let’s prepare a healthy brunch together.

Brunch Meal: Warm baked oatmeal, and apple pie yogurt parfaits.  

Ingredients to have:

3 ½ cups whole rolled oats

Approximately 2 cups fresh fruits – whatever you have on hand such as washed and chopped strawberries, apples, blueberries, raspberries, etc.

½ cup roughly chopped unsalted nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)

2 bananas

3 eggs

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

4 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 cup milk of choice 

2 cups plain, unsweetened yogurt

¼ cup raisins

2 apples
