Free Live OnLine & OnDemand Classes with PCC’s Instructors

Plan fun and fitness into your day with a variety of complimentary online classes featuring some of the Center’s beloved instructors.

Classes are held via Zoom. To join a class, click on the Zoom link. (To ensure you enjoy the full class experience, please join the Zoom class 3-5 minutes before your selected class starts. If you have not yet installed Zoom on your computer or mobile device, please allow extra time for doing so prior to class. Each of our classes will be hosted by one of our Fitness team members. Please note that upon the start of class our Class Host will mute all participants, post our disclaimer, manage any technical issues that arise, answer any questions in the chat, and track all participant attendees. Additionally, the Class Host reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is not in line with community expectations.

MONDAY

HIIT Cardio + Strength w/ Martine / Time: 7:00am (40 minutes)

This is an interval training, HIIT class that combines cardio, strength and core moves for maximum calorie burn.  

Equipment recommended but not required: Mat, small towel, water, dumbbell weights

Zumba w/ Instructor Lori | Time: 8:15am (1 hour)

A fusion of Latin and International Dance themes featuring aerobic/fitness interval training to sculpt and tone.

Core/Cardio “Pilates” w/ Dawn | Time: 9:30am (35 minutes)

A great combo low-impact cardio and core in only 35 minutes, including some fun cardio interval sets coupled with core exercises that will keep your heart rate elevated and leave you feeling stronger.

Equipment Recommended but not required: Mat, small towel, water, and light-dumbbell weights if desired

Group Power w/ Instructor Debby | Time: 8:15am (1 hour)

Join us for a results-driven strength training workout utilizing body weight, core stability, and barbells, dumbbells or other weighted options from home.

Tabata Tuesday w/ Instructor Meredith | Time: 9:30am (40 minutes)

This month’s At-Home Warrior Workout will consist of 5×5 minute sets (5 Strength and 5 Cardio intervals all for only 30 seconds each round), and will end with a CORE Finisher because we can! The cardio intervals will all be your choice (options will be offered).

Yoga w/ Instructor Brandy | Time: 10:30am (1 hour)

Fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of foundational yoga postures, practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

A great combo of athletic, cardio and core moves in only 35 minutes, 3 sets (cardio+core, endurance+core, and agility/speed+core) that will keep your heart rate elevated and leave you feeling stronger, faster, and sweaty!

By using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed which are designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.

This class combines athletic sports drills, weight training and other sports-specific techniques specifically designed to improve your speed, agility, quickness, balance and muscle definition.

Zumba Lite w/ Nicole | Time: 9:00am (45 minutes)

Great for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower intensity that introduces easy-to-follow choreography with a focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Basic Zumba steps + a little strength training = a LOT of fun!

Tabata Workout w/ Instructor Meredith | (20 minutes)

Description: This is a full-body cardio/strength training workout using a specific type of training module, tabata training.  Tabata training consists of 20 second intervals of intense training coupled with 10 seconds of recovery for 4 minute segments.  In this workout  we will complete 4 Tabatas, coupled with an extensive aerobic warm up, and sets incorporating core, cardio and strength exercises.
