Pool parties are a perk of Center membership. During warmer months, when our lifeguards are on duty, members can reserve pool deck space to host family and friends. The host must be present for the entire duration of the party. Private space in the pool is not included. This season, we have two options for your reserved location.


Costs & Booking
The cost to host a party starts at $180 which includes the reserved space and 10 non-member guests. Additional options for larger groups.

By the Baby Pool
The first location is near the baby pool. There are 3 picnic tables conveniently located near the baby pool, climbing structure, and youth locker rooms.

By the Deep End
We have added a new location that includes 3 picnic tables shaded under the awning near the deeper end of the pool.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Reservations for the 2025 schedule open April 1st with the first availability opening May 10th on weekends, June 9th for the weekdays.

We do not have parties on Island Days or on Holidays.

On the day of your party...
On the day of the event, please bring your own towels. Kids can be dropped off by our lobby and then drivers must park in the Peninsula Covenant Church's lot (3560 Farm Hill Boulevard, Redwood City).
The BBQ grill will NOT be available. It is ok to bring your own food, but please make sure nothing comes in glass containers.
Diving board access is not guaranteed as schedule is subject to change as needed.
All guests will be asked to sign in at the front desk. Additional guests (maximum of 20) can be added to your party and will be charged to your account after the party.

Refund Policy: Email requests must be received 14 or more days prior to the date of the Pool Party for a full refund. A 50% fee will be deducted from any refund requested thirteen days or less prior to the Pool Party date. No refund will be made on the date of the Pool Party. Refunds will not be granted due to weather, except lightning.
