Member Safety Requirements

Member Safety Requirements

Please read the Center Member Safety Expectations before returning to the Center!

  1. If you or anyone in your household is sick or experiencing any known symptoms, please do not come to the Center!
  2. To limit the number of people at the Center, members are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their reservation time. Members need to depart the Center at the end of their reservation time. Members will not be permitted to “hang out” at the Center before or after their workout.
  3. Only those named in the reservation may enter the Center. No spectators or guests, please.
  4. Only come to the Center if you are 18 or older and a current active member.
  5. Members in high-risk categories are encouraged to stay home or take extra precautions while using the Center.
  6. Follow all Center guidelines regarding social distancing (maintaining a minimum distance of 6 feet from other members at all times), personal protective equipment, equipment usage, and cleaning protocols while participating in activities at the Center.
  7. Wear a safety mask when arriving at the Center or interacting with other people. Masks are optional for on-court tennis activities and swimming.
  8. Bring your own bottle filled with water/ice from home because there will be no water available at the Center until further notice.
  9. Bring your own towel and personalized equipment (tennis racket, kickboards, goggles); store these items securely in your reserved workout space, out of the way from others.
  10. Pick up all equipment, towels, and any personal belongings before leaving the workout space so that it is clear for the next member.
  11. Wash your hands with soap and water often, before coming to the Center, and upon leaving the Center. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the Center. We recommend washing or sanitizing your hands before and after exercising and avoid touching your face.
  12. Do not make physical contact with others, such as shaking hands, hugs, or giving a high five or fist bump.

Center Reopening FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Updated 7/8/20

What programs/activities/amenities will be available?

  • The Center Tennis Courts, Pool, and Fitness Areas (limited group ex classes, cardio, and circuit training) are to be available.
  • The locker rooms are closed, and we will not allow changing or showering onsite. However, restrooms are available at the Youth Locker Rooms (families may use the restroom during their Family Rec Swim time together, otherwise, the restrooms are to be used by one member at a time.)
  • The Center adult locker rooms, sauna, steam, basketball court, and Child Care will remain closed until further notice. Additionally, no food, snack, coffee, or any food services until further notice. Only house charges e.g. no cash transactions.

Do I need to wear a face mask while working out?

Face masks will be required of all Center staff and members while at the Center except when exercising.

What are your social distancing guidelines while at the Center?

We are asking all members to maintain a 6-foot distance between themselves and others at the Center. We have implemented procedures to help ensure these distancing guidelines are respected including visual reminders, area closures, and staff to monitor and enforce these rules.

What else is the staff doing to keep the Center clean?

All employees and members are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable, and we require that members wear a face covering (not N-95 or medical masks, which should be reserved for healthcare workers). Staff conducts regular (i.e., every 2 hours) disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, equipment and common areas of the facility using disinfectant cleaning supplies according to CDC guidelines. We have Center staff cleaning all open areas throughout the day, and doing a deep clean every night after closing.

Who can come back onsite during the Center Reopening?

Only active adult members e.g. paying 50% or more of their monthly/annual dues may come onsite to the Center. Members on hold e.g. paying 0% of their monthly/annual dues may continue to access our online programs only. Only active adult members with Center-approved reservations for the Center Tennis Courts and Pool will be allowed onsite at this time. No guests will be allowed onsite at this time.

How will I be billed?

Your membership will be billed based on your selection for June and July dues (see below). To make a change to your membership, fill out and submit the online Membership Change Form if you need to change your membership on or off hold.

  • Pay 100% of your monthly/annual dues during this period
  • Pay 50% of your monthly/annual dues during this period
  • Pay $0 dues and place/keep your membership on hold
