Center Room Rentals

Room rentals are available for members and non-members all year round. We have several spaces available, including the Basketball Gym, Bayview Room , and Room 301.

Costs & Booking

Basketball Gym Rental (includes up to 50 non-member guests)

  • Center Members - $175/hr

  • Non-Members - $225/hr
     

Bayview Room or Room 301 Rental

  • Center Members - $125/hr

  • Non-Members - $175/hr

Booking Information

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • The host must be present for the entire duration of the event.

  • Please note that PCC is a dry campus meaning no alcohol is allowed anywhere on the property.

If you are interested in booking a rental space, please fill out this form which includes our rules and waiver. Requests should be made at least 3 weeks ahead of the event start date. Tables and chair requests are available in the form. Please note that set-up options are limited as staffing allows.

Choose from one of our Room Rental spaces

Basketball Gym

The basketball gym can accommodate one full court basketball game or two short court/half court games. There are bleachers upon request and no electronic scoreboard. Due to the wall of windows, there is no indoor soccer allowed. Due to the large industrial fan, our gym won’t work for volleyball. There is no gum, food or drink (except water) allowed in the basketball gym.

Bayview Room

The Bayview Room highlights a beautiful view of San Mateo County and on a clear day, across the Bay. There is a soon to be new balcony with outside seating to relax or have a private conversation. This room has a maximum capacity of 40 people.

Room 301

Room 301 is located near the upper parking lot and next to the basketball gym, and restrooms. This room makes a perfect meeting or serving room for food and drinks (please, no alcohol as this is a dry campus) as it connects to the Center Kitchen area.  This room has a maximum capacity of 30 people.

On the day of your event...

Hosts, as well as guests, should park in the Peninsula Covenant Church’s lot (3560 Farm Hill Boulevard, Redwood City) and cross the bridge to enter the Center through the lobby.


All users MUST check-in at the Front Desk in the main lobby and sign waivers. NO ENTRY THROUGH THE GYM DOORS

Refund Policy: Email requests must be received 14 or more days prior to the date of the rental for a full refund. A 50% fee will be deducted from any refund requested thirteen days or less prior to the rental date. No refund will be made on the date of the event.
