Cancellation Policy:

Full price charged for cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. Half price charged for cancellation within 24-48 hours of appointment. No charge for cancellations 48 or more hours of the appointment. For semi-private 10-packs and 5-packs, no cancellation unless all members cancel a given appointment.
